Although we strive to excellence, on occasion we can all mess things up. If you have a complaint against our program, our staff or against one of our members then please use this form and we will investigate. It is imperative that you send specific detail and that your report is written in an unbiased manner and with supporting documents. Flaming or abuse of our staff or members will not be tolerated under any circumstance… calm, cool and concise issues will be read and followed up on, anything else will be discarded without response.
All material sent to us would be made available to all the parties involved, and by sending any material to APIRS you are specifically granting permission for APIRS to forward the information sent to us to the involved parties.
Complaints must be dated within 10 days of the alleged event. If the complaint is of an ethical nature then you will be directed to one of the Ethics organisations that each member belongs to. If it is discovered that a complaint has been made public through a forum or other such media APIRS participation will cease immediately. |
