OTR Web Systems owner and general operator of the APIRS site and program do hereby declare on behalf of the company and any Evaluator/s and/or Officers who may be contracted at any time by APIRS to evaluate for any APIRS Program, that we agree to advance and promote these Code of Ethics in order to ensure fairness to all Award Program (AP) applicants and to maintain the honour and integrity of applicants, evaluators, officers and certifications issued.
