Any AP with any of the above disqualifiers contained within their AP will not be eligible for a Certification or Rating Level within APIRS. Ineligible applicant AP’s will be notified with the reasons so stated and will be required to wait 90 days from the date of the DSQ before re-applying.
In the event an AP is listed by APIRS, and any of the above Disqualifiers are brought to the attention of or discovered by APIRS or its officers, the AP will be subject to having their certification or rating level revoked. There will be a written email notice to the last known email address in our database and, if after 30 days the offending Disqualifier has not been removed, the rating or certification will be revoked. In these cases, further application will be disallowed for a period of one year from the date of revocation.
