Any use of the APIRS logo or name is specifically restricted to certified members of APIRS who have been approved by the APIRS evaluation team and such approval may be reasonably or unreasonably withdrawn at any time. The APIRS name and logo remain under the exclusive ownership of APIRS and OTR Web Solutions and must be deleted from your computer upon request by APIRS.
Any use of the trade names, trademarks, service marks and logos (collectively "Marks") displayed on the website, except as expressly provided in this Agreement, is strictly prohibited.
